We are working on behalf of our client school in Bolton, Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit two Teaching Assistants for a January start in Key Stage 2 for the rest of the academic year.

• One Maths and one English Teaching Assistant positions.

Do you have a degree in English or Maths and have worked as a teaching assistant or tutor during your at university?

Are you considering a future career in teaching and want to gain more experience before undertaking a PGCE?

Due to our successful graduate Teaching Assistant program last academic year, this “outstanding” Primary School in Bolton are looking to recruit two Teaching Assistant to work within there Year 6 class to help raise attainment in both Maths and English and stretch their gifted and talented pupils.

This is an ideal opportunity for any aspiring teacher. You will receive guidance, training and support by a strong Senior Leadership team. Responsibilities will include taking small groups for specific core subject interventions, reporting to the class teacher to monitor and assess pupil progress throughout the academic year and offering in class support to pupils and teachers in English or Maths.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
