Job description

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large school in Mid Cornwall to recruit a Teacher of English from Easter on a full time basis.

The school has a thriving cohort and a friendly and welcoming environment. They have a history of great results and a supportive team.

They are looking for a Teacher of English to join them on a long term basis, the role starts after Easter 2018 and is due to last for 1 term, but may continue in to the new academic year as a permanent contract.

To succeed in this role you will ideally hold QTS, although outstanding NQT's are welcome to apply as long as you are available full time from Easter. You will have experience (either in employment or placement) in Teaching English to the UK National Curriculum. You will be able to plan effective and engaging lessons, whilst managing different abilities and learning styles.

Please note, applicants who do not hold QTS, or NQT with QTS pending will not be accepted.

You will also be a rounded educator who is happy to contribute to whole school life. The school are looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion for teaching!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
