English Teacher

Teacher of English – Derby - Full Time – April Start - Starting after Easter

I am working on the behalf of an Academy in Burton upon Trent who are looking for a English Teacher to cover a temporary requirement from April 2020 - July 2020.

This would involve planning, delivering and marking English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 following the National Curriculum.

Their recent OFSTED states "Leaders are determined that all pupils should achieve as well as they can. Their relentless focus on improving teaching is the reason that standards of achievement have improved considerably since the previous inspection. Teaching and outcomes are now both outstanding"

FQT English  Teacher or English Teacher:

• Must have QTS and a English  degree (or associated specialism)
• Evidence of teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Experience of recent teaching in a UK classroom setting is essential
• Current knowledge of the UK English curriculum
• A desire to inspire the next generation and a passion for your subject
