English Teacher - Tameside

Ofsted Outstanding School are looking for an English teacher to start after Easter. This is a full time position for a committed and inspirational English teacher. The school have high expectations for their students and teacher so you will need to take on full class responsibilities of planning, marking and student assessment.

This is a long term supply position to the end of the academic year in the first instance. Graded Outstanding in all areas and students make outstanding progress whatever their circumstances, and the standards they achieve are very high compared with national figures. The progress which the most able students make in English is exceptionally high. In 2016 77% of students achieved a grade A*-C in English and Maths.

Situated in the OL5 post code of Tameside the school is on the border of Oldham. There is a train station within a mile of the school and bus routes close by.
