Start date: 1^st April 2019

End date: 26^th July 2019

Full time: 5 days a week

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a mixed secondary school in Preston which are seeking an enthusiastic English teacher. The school has an excellent reputation with strong results and you will be joining a well established and supportive department. The school is located in the South of Preston with very leafy surroundings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and delivering quality lessons on English literature & language
• The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments
• Linking lessons with the use of challenging homework
• Marking and providing relevant feedback on completed work
• Ensuring the behaviour of the children is managed effectively

This position is subject to a DBS check and must be registered with the Update Service (assistance provided). Additionally, you must have at least one years experience teaching and must be able to provide 2 teaching based references.
