We are on-going participants in a number of programmes including ‘Teaching Leaders’, Olevi’s ‘Outstanding Teacher Programme’ and ‘Future Leaders’. In addition, staff members at the school have abundant opportunities to debate their practice through the ‘Breakfast Learning Team’ and to participate in school-to-school development as part of the growing multi-academy trust.

The successful English Teacher will deliver a full timetable in line with the current national curriculum, including; reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful English Teacher will engage in planning and marking, revision sessions, internal training and parent’s evening when required.
