English Teacher

Our client secondary school in the heart of Tameside is looking for an enthusiastic English teacher to join their English department following the Easter break. The successful English teacher will be required to teach KS3 and KS4 English on a full time basis covering a maternity leave. This role will therefore be for the final term of this academic year and has the opportunity to continue into the September term aswell depending on the English teacher's availability.

As a full time position, the successful teacher of English will be expected to take on all planning and marking responsibilities. The English department at this reputable secondary school has a very positive reputation and environment with the majority of staff being long standing within the department. Highlights of this English teaching position:

• Full time English teacher required starting Monday 8^th April 2019
• Maternity cover for 1 term, possibly 2 into the new academic year 2019/2020
• Pay will be based on teacher's payscale and experience: £23,720 - £39,406
• Full planning and marking responsibilities will be included as part of this teaching position
