About the School

The School offers an alternative to mainstream school for students, within a geographically defined zone, with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties aged 7-16. The Centre provides a flexible, individual package of education which reflects the interests of the student.

About You

As a graduate teaching assistant with a speciality in English the school is looking for:

• A passion for the subject of English and for education
• High expectations in the behaviour and development
• The ability to demonstrate good subject knowledge
• Support the students with lower abilities through interventions and 1:1 tuition to help increase their attainment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
