This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career whilst you help shape and develop schools across New Romney and the surrounding areas. As well as developing and delivering personalised learning, you will work with colleagues to support students with their daily routines, transitions and positive behaviour management.
Requirements of the Role:
- Have good classroom based experience, or perhaps have worked with children with Autism and/or challenging behaviour in a care environment
- Be highly motivated and have a passion for working with children with special needs
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively within a multi-professional team
Experience:
- Experience of working in a special school environment is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
