Role Overview: As an Early Years Teacher placed through Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners within the supportive environment of the school. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced educators to deliver engaging lessons and create a nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families to create a supportive learning community.
- Use ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with Teaching Personnel consultants to ensure a smooth transition into your new role and access to professional development opportunities.
- Embrace the inclusive ethos of Teaching Personnel and promote diversity and equality in all aspects of teaching and learning.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Experience working with early years children, preferably within a UK school setting.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement as an educator.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
