We are supporting with the recruitment of an Early Years teacher for an ‘Good’ Primary school which is located in Bury.
Due to the disruption of Covid 19, the school predicts that there will be a number of pupils who will be starting school with a skillset that is below their age expectations. The main focus for the year will be to evaluate each pupil and to raise each pupil to the appropriate standard.
The school is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can inspire children and help them develop a love and passion for learning. The Head teacher puts an emphasis to encouraging all pupils to be the best that they can be, so that they all achieve success.
Working closely with the headteacher, we are looking for someone who can inspire their class to develop lively enquiring minds and to also build up the children’s confidence and self-esteem so they can apply themselves to learning and being their best selves. You will be working and teaching children in line with early years curriculum (EYFS), planning and implementing creative and learning activities, ensuring well being and safety and of children at all times.
To succeed with this school, we are looking at the following:
- Qualified Early Years Teacher or Early Years Practitioner with a BA degree in early years or early childhood studies
- Drive and passion for developing children’s minds through different learning opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
