Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Bradford
Job Type: Contract, Full-Time
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £85 - £100 Per day
Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities for children in the early years setting
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's development
- Support children with personal care tasks, such as feeding and changing
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Valid DBS check
- First Aid certification
Education:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in areas such as safeguarding or special educational needs
- Experience working with children with diverse backgrounds and abilities
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, working hours as per contract
- Fast-paced and dynamic early years setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
