Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Secondary School | Weymouth
Are you a motivated Early Career Teacher ready to kick-start your teaching career in a supportive and encouraging environment? We are partnering with a friendly secondary school in Weymouth that is looking for a passionate ECT to join their team and make a meaningful difference in the classroom.
Start Date: September
Salary: £120–£140 per day
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your teaching journey within a vibrant secondary school setting. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic and personal development. - Hold, or be working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Passionate about education and dedicated to student achievement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
