The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)
• An enhanced Child‑Only DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply
• Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Science at secondary level
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and communicate effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of learners
