Maths Teacher – Secondary School – Weymouth
Full‑Time | Paid to Scale | Starting September 2026

A respected secondary school based in Weymouth is looking to appoint a committed Maths Teacher to their department. This is a full‑time opportunity suitable for both experienced practitioners and ECTs eager to complete their induction in a welcoming, forward‑thinking school.
The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and purposeful lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan lessons that meet the needs of learners with a range of abilities
- Support pupils in building confidence, fluency, and problem‑solving skills
- Work as part of a supportive and well‑established Maths team
- Contribute to wider school life, including CPD and enrichment activities
Role Details
- Location: Weymouth, Dorset
- Start Date: September 2026
- Contract Type: Full‑time | Permanent or long‑term
- Pay: MPS / UPS (paid to scale)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
