We are looking for a part time Drama teacher, who wants to be a part of something new and different. This school is looking for a team player who wants to be more imaginative with lessons.
The primary curriculum of the school described as, ‘balanced and differentiated’, to accommodate the range of ability of the children in each age group. You will need to be able to have a range of teaching styles in order to adapt to suit the situation. This lovely primary school with an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ and uses a Traffic light zone behaviour management system, which has proven very responsive with the pupils.
This school is particularly interested in a Drama teacher, as the children find learning through Drama very exciting and enjoyable. As a school they feel it helps the children to express their emotional and release stress/anger.
The school is fully aware of the difficulties which some newly qualified teachers may experience; therefore they are offering their full support through an induction year.

The role is to start ASAP for the right Drama teacher, due to a sudden long term sickness. For this role you will need QTS, an enhanced child work force DBS. If you interview for this role and you are not successful we are more than willing to help support you into another role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
