Design Technology teaching post available at ‘Good’ Secondary school based in the borough of Hounslow – starting from Easter 2021.
Permanent position – salary of: GBP29,915 - GBP45,766 per annum.

Teaching Personnel have signed a SLA (Service Level Agreement) with a Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Secondary school in the Hounslow area, who are seeking to recruit a DT Teacher of GCSE level for a permanent position starting from Easter 2021. Ideally this role would suit a teacher with experience or specialism in Resistant Materials and Graphics; however they would be interested to meet a general DT teacher if a specialist cannot be found.
The school itself has recently received a renovation due to joining a larger Multi Academy Trust, meaning the successful applicant will have access to not only a fantastic school support and leadership team, but you will also have access to fantastic resources and career opportunities.
Alongside experienced DT teachers, this is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Design Technology Teacher to join a fully supportive and inclusive school.

- Hold QTS Status or QTLS
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks

- Experience teaching Design Technology

This OFSTED 'Good' Hounslow based secondary school are looking for a Design Technology Teacher that can deliver an exceptional standard of teaching and learning and has excellent subject knowledge, as well as a great personality for building rapport with staff and students alike. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT.
As a Design Technology Teacher, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations.
