Are you passionate about supporting young learners and ensuring a positive classroom environment? We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming primary school in Congleton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a real difference.

Role Overview

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide support to pupils where needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children (school setting preferred).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate pupils.
• Enhanced DBS check
