Are you interested in a career in teaching?
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a daily basis for both short and long term positions. This can provide flexibility to a new Cover Supervisor role as many of our secondary schools in Brighton are currently recruiting on a part-time/full-time basis.
Highlights of this Cover Supervisor post;
Ongoing training courses, CPD opportunities
Pay ranging from GBP300-GBP500 per week, paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
Flexible position to suit your needs with the full time/ part time positions available
Work with numerous Secondary Schools to boost your teaching skills
Gain valuable experience and further your career in teaching
In these uncertain times, schools are relying on Cover Supervisors as a way to cover the teacher's absence. The role of a cover supervisor is to supervise and manage a classroom in the absence of a class teacher.
As a Cover Supervisor you will ensure pre-prepared class work is complete and to manage students behaviour in accordance with school guidelines. As you will be occupied with several schools, you will be working on an ad-hoc basis where we will contact you prior to your appointment of the potential school. This can allow you to choose when and where to work, enabling you full flexibility of the full-time/ part-time cover supervisor role.
To apply for this Cover Supervisor role you will need to upload your latest CV and a member of the Brighton secondary team will be in touch!
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
