Given the uncertainty that surrounds schools and education currently, Teaching Personnel are recruiting Cover Supervisors and aspiring teachers to support the needs of some of our key clients once they return.

We wish to hear from anyone with experience working alongside students aged 11-16, graduates/aspiring teachers and even experienced Cover Supervisors who can alleviate the pressures that schools will face once they open their doors.

In order to be successful for this role then you will be required to display good behaviour management skills within the classroom ensuring that pupils under your control complete the work that is set by the class teacher. It is important that you are able to build good working relationships with your pupils and deliver lessons to students aged 11-16 in an engaging manor.

Complete support will be provided by Teaching Personnel with state of the art training and inductions at a local school to ensure that any staff member is fully prepared before entering the classroom.
