COVER SUPERVISOR - SHEFFIELD
Are you interested in working in education? Do you want to work with young people aged 11 - 16 in a school setting? Have you had experience of working with children of this age? Then we would like to hear from you!
Due to our continued success in the Sheffield area Teaching Personnel are continually recruiting for a number of Cover Supervisors within the south area of the city to assist our client schools on both day to day and longer term roles.
Teaching Personnel are in high demand for Cover Supervisors for day to day and short term work across Sheffield and surrounding areas; Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster & Chesterfield.
We are looking for hard- working, passionate individuals who are available at short notice.
Cover supervisors responsibilities:
- Able to manage a class in the absence of the teacher.
- Deliver learning activities to pupils.
- Supervise pupils completing there work.
- Respond appropriately to questions raised by pupils.
- Act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct to ensure that good behaviour is maintained.
- Keep appropriate records, as agreed with the teacher, to enable objective and accurate feedback to the teacher and pupils on conduct of the lessons
