Do you want to gain classroom based experience in Secondary School?
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a secondary school in the Barnsley area in order to recruit a Humanities Cover Supervisor/Unqualified teacher. The school are seeking a Humanities Cover Supervisor to work in the schools cover team on a full time basis. This Humanities Cover Supervisor vacancy is for a position due to start ASAP, with an opportunity for a school based contract for the successful Humanities Cover Supervisor.
After a successful meeting with the head - we have set up and induction programme for future teachers just like you. This will involve you shadowing one of the schools experienced HUMANITIES cover supervisors before taking your first step into teaching.
As a Humanities Cover Supervisor, your role will involve delivering pre planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. In addition to this, you will be delivering intervention sessions on a 1:1 and small group basis in your subject specialism.
