Computing Teacher
Manchester

Are you an inspirational teacher of Computing looking to secure a new role in a vibrant and welcoming secondary school in Manchester?

  • Full time role commencing in September 2019

  • Salary to reflect MPS/UPS (£23,720 - £39,406)
  • Introduction to a vibrant and welcoming secondary school in East Manchester

Teaching Personnel now have an exciting opportunity for a Computing Teacher to join our client school in Manchester from September 2019. The successful candidate will join a dedicated and hardworking department and will be required to teach Key Stage 3 and 4 ICT/Computing. The ability to teach Business Studies at KS3 would be desirable but is not essential for this role.

The successful Computing teacher will be responsible for delivering a diverse curriculum to students of all background and abilities. You will have high expectations of teaching and learning and will have a commitment and genuine desire to raise student attainment and progress across the school. We are looking for a teacher who is able to create positive and professional relationship with students and staff. Excellent behaviour management and the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire students is essential for this role.

Located in the East area of Manchester, our client school is just a short drive from the city centre and easily accessible via public transport links. The school is smaller than average and has just over 600 pupils on roll. The schools ethos and mission is to ensure highly quality education to all students. This is an exciting time to join our partner school as they are striving for improvements academic success.
