Computer Science Teacher

I have an exciting opportunity for a Computer Science position at a school in Milton Keynes. 

If you are a qualified teacher or have previous experience teaching this subject then I am keen to hear from you. This ideal candidate will have previous experience in planning lessons and delivering an effective learning environment. Excellent behaviour management skills are key. 

The ideal candidate should be driven to high expectations and advocate respect for all.

The successful candidate must…
- be confident with classroom management
- be able to model best practice in the classroom.
- be a strategic thinker, able to turn ideas and opportunities into successful practice.
- use a range of teaching methods; visual, verbal, written and practical
- have excellent interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with students and colleagues. 

About the role…
The role requires excellent teaching to accommodate a range of abilities to secondary aged pupils. The teacher will be a valued for their talent and be able to monitor progress of the students on a focus and whole-school improvement. In return, there are a friendly and supportive group of colleagues to work with on a daily basis in a modern, re-furbished GBP18 million building. All staff would be provided with laptops amongst their generous ICT facilities.

This opportunity has the potential to go permanent with excellent CPD opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will be required to:
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- Be able to provide two references from the last 6 years.
