Computer Science teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking applications from Computer Science teachers that are wishing to secure a full-time teaching role from September 2019.

• Full-time Computer Science teacher (12 months in the first instance)
• Ofsted graded 'Good' secondary school with an excellent management and leadership team
• Pay in line with national MPS/UPS standards (£23,720 - £39,406)
• Required to start in September 2019

Due to a staffing gap, our client school wish to appoint a Computer Science teacher ahead of the new academic year (September 2019). The school are offering employment for this role on a 12 month temporary basis initially, however teachers seeking a permanent role will have the opportunity to gain a permanent post following the initial terms of employment.

Applicants will be able to teach Computer Science in a creative and engaging manor to students of all ages and ability ranges. The successful Computer Science teacher will be required to take on full teaching responsibilities including; planning and delivering lesson that reflect 'Good' and 'Outstanding' practice, assessment of pupils, marking and monitoring attainment.

Our client school located in Bolton is a 11-16 secondary school with an excellent reputation in the local community. The successful applicants will benefit from joining a strong team of staff and working within a well facilitated department. Located in Bolton the school is easily accessible via the M61 motorway. The school also offers free parking to staff; alternatively the public transport links are very accessible to the surrounding areas, Bury, Rochdale, Manchester and Wigan.
