Join Our Team as a Child Support Worker in Crawley!
Teaching Personnel is delighted to collaborate with a wonderful primary school in Crawley, dedicated to supporting young children with special needs. We're seeking playful, energetic, and resilient individuals to join our team as Child Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote positive behaviour and assist pupils in regulating their emotions.
- Engage in a variety of activities, including soft/messy play, outdoor learning, arts and crafts, and phonics.
- Working a part of an excellent, caring team of professionals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in care, support work, or residential settings.
- Background supporting individuals with autism, challenging behaviour, and difficulties regulating emotions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
