Are you an enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher looking for your new teaching post?

Teaching Personnel has an Ideal role for you!

Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a Catholic school in the Whiston area to recruit a Science Teacher with a specialism in Chemistry to start in October 2018 on a temporary basis initially but with a view to becoming a permanent member of staff.

The school is currently going through a transitional period and are looking for a committed Science teacher to invest their time in the pupils and be part of the on-going school development. The school would be happy to consider applications from candidates of all faiths, however, a successful candidate must be happy to support the catholic ethos of the school.

A suitable candidate should be experienced delivering science across all 3 specialisms to KS3 and Chemistry to GCSE level. Ideally a candidate will have some experience with delivering A-Level Chemistry. The school is following the new AQA science specifications across both GCSE and A-level courses and so experience working with this exam board would be preferable, however, not essential.
