Behaviour Specialist Support Staff

Are you able to manage the challenging behaviours of KS2 children? Are you looking for a role to begin immediately

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a school in the NG14 area who are looking for additional support to manage the behaviours of a group of challenging KS2 children. The role would involve the running of break and lunch time activities in order to reduce the number of incidents.

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience of dealing with challenging behaviours

- The ability to build strong relationships with tough to reach pupils

- Flexibility and be willing to take on ideas from SENCOs and Head teachers in the school

- Experience of creating reward systems in order to improve behavior

- A desire to lead extra curricular clubs and include as many children as possible.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
