About the Role:
-This Behaviour Support Assistant position involves working across the entire school and you will be encouraged to contribute to running after school clubs .
-As a Behaviour Support Assistant you will be developing your teaching and professional skills with full support from the school as part of your personal CPD journey.
-To effectively work with SEN students, you will first need to establish strong relationships with them and again their trust.
This Behaviour Support Assistant position involves working with teachers and parents to unite the students support systems and encourage a stable learning environment .
