Behaviour Support Staff required in Northampton

Have you ever thought about working with children with Special Educational Needs and Challenging Behaviour? Do you have experience in working as either a Teaching Assistant or a Learning Support Assistant? Are you looking for rewarding work in a unique environment?

Teaching Personnel are currently working in close partnership with a Pupil Referral Unit in Northampton and I'm looking to meet with people who have experience working with children in a behaviour setting. I'd love to hear from you if you have experience in any of the following...

- Youth/Community work experience

- Youth Offending Service experience

- Support/Care Work

- Special Education Needs Experience

- Sports coaching, qualifications or experience

- Mentoring/Tutoring

- Teaching/Learning Support Assistance

- Challenging behaviour outside of a school environment

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
