Job description

In this role you will be helping KS2, KS3 and KS4 students within an education setting and aiming to improve the attendance, engagement and behaviour of students at the provision. These students will all have struggled in a mainstream school and now be at a specialist setting for children with social & emotional needs as well as mental health challenges.

  • Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
  • Working across KS2, KS3 and KS4
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 & group basis

  • October Start - Full Time
  • £60 - £75 per day
  • Enthusiastic graduates considered

Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Successful Candidate Specification

  • GCSE or equivelant in both Maths and English
  • You must be caring and supportive
  • Must be willing to work hard, and go above and beyond for all
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour management will be key
  • Must have experience supporting Challenging Behaviour or in depth knowledge on this

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
