Behaviour Support Specialist Needed!

I am currently working on behalf of a client school based in Sutton in Ashfield (NG17), who require a Teaching Assistant who specialises in Behaviour support. The School require long term, temporary support for a two Year 1 pupils with Autism and Challenging Behaviour.
The school is based in the Sutton in Ashfield area of Nottinghamshire an is rated 'good' by OFSTED. The school have a fantastic track record of developement and progression of staff.
The school are looking for a strong, experienced behaviour specialist who is outgoing but firm with boundaries, to work on a full time basis wth goal being to sustain their in enagagment in the mainstream classroom.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly experienced with pupils who display challenging and physical behaviour (minimum of 1 year experience).
- Team Teach or any other behaviour de-escalation training is desirable but not essential.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to form good positive relationships but must be firm with boundaries.
The school can offers a highly supportive and friendly team who are dedicated to providing every pupil with the support they require and deserve.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
