Are you a Support Assistant seeking work in Bedford?

If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with a school in Bedford which has a high number of pupils with SEMH Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours. The School is larger you're your average primary school..

The role will be full time from September, although the School may want you to come into school on one voluntary day before hand so they can see you 'on the job'. As part of your role you will be expected to support the pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, you will also be expected to assist the teacher with behaviour management.

The candidate must be hard working, have experience supporting pupils with SEN and and challenging behaviours, ideally you will also hold your Team Teach qualification but this is not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
