Behaviour Specialist required in East Riding area

Job description

An outstanding primary school based in a village school East Riding, are looking for a behavioural specialist assistant to join their staffing team after the February half term.
The behavioural specialist would be required to support a pupil in Year 4, on a one to one basis. This pupil displays highly challenging behaviour and so therefore the school are ideally looking for someone who has experience and can provide their supporting strategies for this type of behaviour. The candidate would ideally have Team teach training and be familiar with deescalation skills. Experience of working within a primary school setting / behavioural unit / education provision is a must.
The ideal candidate would need to be available on a full time basis, working from Monday to Friday. This role is a long term role and is likely to run for the rest of the whole academic year.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
