Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to explore the different roles within the LEA and RU settings, where you will have the opportunity to work full or part time. You will be working around an educational framework based on the National Curriculum, implemented by the LEA and the school 1:1 or small groups.

We are looking for learning mentors and behaviour intervention teaching assistants to start in September 2018, to work with students aged 5 - 18 with behavioural, social and emotional difficulties, ADHD, ODD and high functioning autism. The provision focuses heavily on educational support with behaviour support incorporated throughout the provision on all levels.

We are looking for professionals with drive, energy and commitment, with an innovative approach to support young children who present with challenging behaviour or are at risk. If you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills or have experience in any of the below requirements, please get in touch.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
