Our Secondary Branch here at Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors & Behaviour Buddies to work within Challenging behaviour units in a Newport Secondary school. The school is located 10 minutes from the town centre!

This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience in managing challenging behaviour whilst looking at the reasons behind it. There are a number of different reasons why children act in certain ways especially those with special educational needs.

If you are a graduate looking for a step in teaching or someone who has worked with children in a different capacity then get in touch today!

You would be joining a large supportive department that work with children in a challenging environment. The pupils need someone to be their role model and have a big hand in changing their lives. As we are recruiting on behalf of the school you would work through us initially to ensure this is the right environment for you then transfer onto the schools contract.
