Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently working exclusively with a primary school in the NG5 area of Nottingham, who have recently been judged as a 'Good' school by OFSTED. The school are looking to recruit an experienced behaviour mentor to provide support to a year 6 student with some behavioural issues. This role is full time, with the offer of a permanent contract for the right person who excels in the post.

The school are looking for somebody who:

  • Has previous experience working within a primary school
  • Is energetic and is committed to making learning exciting
  • Has experience working with children with challenging behaviour

This is a great opportunity for somebody to work alongside a really talented year 6 teacher, whilst making a difference to the education of a young student with great potential. If you have other relatable experience, such as sports coaching or child support worker then you may also be considered for the role.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
