About this role: This school is located near Uxbridge and has good public transport links. The school is looking for a candidate who can support the students with their social, emotional, and mental health needs whilst also incorporating support factors for ASC students. This will include liaising with the on-site therapy director as well as functioning as part of a multi-agency team to ensure interventions and supports are individually tailored to the needs of each student.

A successful candidate in this role will have good written and verbal communication skills needed for relaying and logging information on secure systems as well as keep a record to hand if systems cannot be updated when needed. Candidates should also have strong rapport building skills which are vital for creating therapeutic and secure relationships with students. Furthermore potential candidates should have a desire for personal and professional growth and be able to utilise information provided and seek out answers which will support your in engaging students in the future.
