Graduate Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting passionate graduates who are looking to gain experience working within a secondary school setting. We have a number of graduate support roles available, on a full-time or part-time basis in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Roles currently available:

• Graduate Teaching Assistant – Learning, SEN or behaviour support.
• Cover Supervisor – Providing general cover to classes to relieve staff shortages.
• Tuition/mentor – Providing 1-1 academic support to students.
• Administration – Business support, finance, receptionist, pastoral, attendance.

Within these roles, you will be fully supported by the senior leadership team and be offered opportunities to enhance professional development.

Key Highlights:

• Earn between £1790- £1900 per month, dependent on qualifications and experience.
• Paid weekly, via PAYE.
• Full-time, Part-time and flexible roles available.
• September 2025 start
