Behaviour buddy required for social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) specialist school.

The school provides education and support for boys aged 5-16 years old with a range of additional needs. The school boasts excellent purpose built facilities including a swimming pool and amazing sports facilities.

This role is ideal for applicants lacking experience working within schools but have some experience working with children. Relevant experience includes sports coaching, working with youth offending services and armed forces experience.

As a Behaviour Buddy, you will be working with small groups providing help and support to children who have behavioural difficulties. The role can be challenging, however extremely rewarding and the school are incredibly supportive.

The school offer further training, qualifications and support for staff including STEP de-escalation training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
