The School
Teaching Personnel have a long standing relationship with a Client based in Bromley, close to Princess Royal University Hospital. The School has an average of 50 pupils on roll, aged 7 to 13 years old. They cater for students who have either been excluded from mainstream education, or are unable to access mainstream education. The School has an outreach service and a strong lead on developing student's qualification prospects, by offering a range of qualifications, including entry level Math, English, Cookery, Media, and PSHE.

The Job
Through Teaching Personnel, you will be working as a Behaviour Support Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the 8-10 pupils in the class as well as 1:1 intervention to boost attainment levels. With a number of resources on hand and a very supportive Teacher and Assistants in the class, as well as a Senior Leadership Team, you will be sure to fit in!

Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar School setting, or evidence of strong Behaviour Management
- A passion and enthusiasm to see pupils achieve
- Dedication to the needs of all your pupils, working with other staff members to offer emotional and academic support
- A Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or one done through Teaching Personnel
