Are you an experienced Autism Support Worker, or do you have experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex Autism? Do you want a change in career and ready for the new academic year? If so, Teaching Personnel could have the ideal job role for you!

Heading into a new academic year, Teaching Personnel are seeking experienced Autism Support Workers to work within client Schools from September. You should be adaptable to your approach in supporting individual pupils with Autism and Learning Difficulties. If you are seeking a challenging, yet rewarding role, Teaching Personnel can offer you a variety of positions in SEN Schools and Alternative Provisions from September 2019. Ideally you will have full time availability, however 3 days will be considered.

The Job Role:

  • Supporting students with Autism and other learning difficulties
  • Assisting with pupils academic and social development
  • Following personalised education plans in-line with student's Educational Health Care Plans
  • Encouraging participation in daily activities and whole-school life
