We are working very closely with a SEN school in Slough who have numerous Teaching Assistant roles is available for an immediate start for ambitious Psychology graduates with a passion for working with children and experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN), especially autism and social emotional mental health needs

You

the school are looking for graduate with a degree in Psychology that want to utilise there knowledge about child development. Previous school based experience is not necessary, as you will be surrounded by friendly knowledgeable staff. You may have also developed skills in other setting (care homes, NHS, home based experience with SEN) that you can transfer into the school setting.

• Willing to learn from those around you

• Proactive individuals with a background in Sports coaching or taking part in team sports.

• Has a passion to help children develop socially, emotionally and physical

The Role

You will be working in primary classroom, supporting a small group of pupils (6-8) with a wide range of SEN including autism and speech, communication needs (SLCN). The role involves supporting the main classroom teacher during academic and social activities..
