Temporary and potentially permanent post for a Art teacher, great opportunity to join a modern secondary school in Pontypool
Due to a current staff member leaving school earlier than expected, our client in Pontypool are looking for a talented Art teacher on a full time basis. Ideally you will be free to start later this month and work in to the new academic year, as this is an open vacancy within the art department, you will (if successful) be offered a temporary position until December 2018 before the school recruit permanently for the post. This position is open to both newly qualified Art teachers and experienced practitioners. Further details below include;
- Art teacher (NQT or experienced teachers welcome)
- Pontypool school located along the M4, good transport connections
- Must have experience teaching Art
- Temporary post initially, possibility to become permanent
- Ideally you'll be available before the end of the summer term
Situated in Pontypool and relatively close to the Cwmbran border, this is a school with results exceeding the national averages at GCSE, the local authority league table gives this school a great reputation and you will need to be a Art teacher with similar ambitions.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
