You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our belief in the highest standards of academic achievement in an inclusive setting.

You will be an excellent teacher with the ability to teach Art at key stage 3 and 4. You need to be committed to developing your teaching and be genuinely interested in the subject. We as an agency are committed to delivering the best possible teaching staff to the schools that we work closely with and you will have access to some very high quality CPD through Teaching Personnel.

We wish to appoint someone who has:

· Excellent teaching, reflective and interpersonal skills
· The ability to work as part of teams and be flexible
· High quality organisational skills
· The ability and drive to improve all student outcomes
· Good subject knowledge

*To qualify a teacher must work 2 days and a Teaching Assistant must work 5 days through Teaching Personnel.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
