Year 6 Full Time Teaching Assistant role - *Leyland*

*November Start*

Level 2 Qualified and above!

Experience working alongside children in KS2 is advantageous.

Teaching Personnel are currently working with an Ofsted graded GOOD Primary school located in Leyland, this school are looking to appoint an experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant to work full time until March 2019. This is a maternity cover post and the successful candidate will be required to work 8:45-3:15 five days per week with a 30 minute lunch break. The role will include all the responsibilities of a full time permanent teaching assistant. The expectation for this role would be for the successful candidate to show commitment, and if they prove themselves the Head teacher has expressed there may be opportunity for a permanent role with in the school from March in a KS2 class. Rates of pay for roles of this nature vary from £9 - £10 per day depending upon experience. Teaching Personnel pay all of our candidates directly and we DO NOT use umbrella companies.

Essential

  • Level 2 trained and above
  • Available for full time work from November
  • Ability to go that 'extra mile' for the school and year group
  • Core Subject Knowledge
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • KS2 experience
