Administration Assistant

A partner secondary school to Teaching Personnel, situated in the central Manchester area is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant starting as soon as possible following the half term in October/November. The successful Administrator will be supporting with the administration office and fulfil the role of covering any aspects of the administration office as required. There will be an element of supporting during examinations at school, providing trend analysis, and providing information in regards to school policies. Any relevant experience is highly desirable so please ensure you include this in your application. This role may also involve processing on the school system: SIMS, dealing with invoice queries, parent pay and undertake general filing and administrative tasks.

The post holder will work with and report to the Data, Assessment and Exams Officer along with working within the Administration team and cover any aspects of administration office.

This is a full time administrative position start on Monday 2^nd November and whilst it will be on a temporary basis in the first instance, is an open vacancy providing the opportunity to take on a school contract after a short period of time.

• Competitive pay rate with earning potential up to GBP1475 per month
