Many pupils require tailored support to help them develop their communication, emotional regulation, independence and social skills. Staff work collaboratively to provide a structured, nurturing environment where pupils can thrive and achieve their potential.
The school operates across a large, well-resourced site, providing specialist learning spaces and facilities designed to support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The Role

-

-
Helping the pupil develop emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
-

-
Supporting the pupil’s social development and independence
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs who is confident, consistent and able to build positive relationships with children who require additional support.
Requirements
-
Knowledge or experience supporting children or young people, ideally with SEMH or behavioural needs
-
Strong resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
-
A caring, patient and supportive approach
-
Ability to work as part of a wider school team
