1:1 SEN Support Position

Have you got relevant school based experience supporting EYFS SEN students on a one-to-one basis?

If all of the above sounds of interest Teaching Personnel want to hear from you. We currently work exclusively with a number of primary schools in the Sheffield area who require additional SEN support.

Roles will differ from each school giving the flexibility you may require, whether it's a full time or part time role you want or would welcome the opportunity of visiting a number of different schools where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate will

  • be familiar with the curriculum and have experience supporting in EYFS on a 1:1 basis
  • have excellent behaviour management skills
  • be comfortable supporting the class teacher in all aspects of learning
  • have experience working with children with SEN
  • a Moving and Handling qualification is beneficial, but not essential

In turn, Teaching Personnel can offer you;

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
