I started working for Teaching Personnel in September 2015 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, I progressed up the career ladder and gained the position of SEN Branch Manager in March 2018.
With a degree in childhood studies I came to Teaching Personnel with enthusiasm for the education sector and knowledge of the education system. Whilst at the University of Sunderland I completed school placements which allowed me to experience the daily structure and demands of both Primary and SEND settings.
I understand the importance of providing quality staff and I am passionate about providing an excellent all round service to both clients and candidates.
